Transition Squad® offers one stop shopping to help clients downsize. We offer a menu of services that we package together à la carte based on each client's needs. Our core specialty is to help our clients sell their belongings through our own unique online selling platform. Depending on what you have and how much you have, we offer Online Auctions, Online Buy Now Estate Sales, and In-Person Onsite Estate Sales. Consignment may also be available subject to space limitations.

This service typically requires 20-30 items or more for sale. If you can set up a garage sale or post on an online classifieds site, you can set up your own DIY online auction or sale. Other platforms are great if you have a few items here and there but are a logistical nightmare if trying to sell a large volume of items. Our solution is faster, a lot less work overall and you'll make more money by doing it yourself.

You simply upload your photos and descriptions, set the pricing, and manage the pickup of items that are won. We do the rest. We provide free training and support throughout the process and collect and remit sales tax so you know everything is being done legally and properly

The entire process can take as little as two weeks. We recommend you do not get rid of anything in advance as items you may throw away or donate may have more value than you think.

Unlike most companies in this business, we are not just liquidators and do not start everything at $1. We price items based on fair market value to ensure that you get a better return for your belongings.

Most companies in this industry are liquidators. Transition Squad® is not. We're a downsizing company. Our job is to find ways to get the most money for your belongings with the least amount of hassle for you.

Every Fully Managed Online Auction or Online Buy Now Estate Sale also comes with an in-person, onsite Estate Sale option at no extra setup cost in order to try to get you the most money as well as clear out as much as possible.

CONDOS ARE OUR SPECIALTY! Most companies cannot conduct auctions or estate sales in condos or restricted areas. But we can. Our unique approach and turnkey service make it possible for us to do things that other companies can't.

We're big believers in Reuse, Recycle and Repurpose to keep things out of the landfill. It's better for the environment and there are many people in need that can benefit from what you no longer need or want.

Once all the selling is done, we'll provide you with a quote to clear out the entire premises. We will donate what we can through donation centers before disposing of them.

As part of our menu of services, we offer a full turnkey clear out service. Whether we are selling things first or not, we can provide you with a competitive quote to clear out your premises and donate as much as we can to those in need (See Donation Management above), as well as pack and handle your move to your new residence.

Moving can be stressful. Our Moving Services can handle your entire short or long distance move including packing and transportation, all at competitive rates to provide peace of mind and ease of relocation. For long distance moves, we are aligned with national and international carriers that can help relocate you, your contents and even your vehicles wherever you want to go.

Transition Squad's primary business helps clients sell and clear out entire households' of items quickly, efficiently and effectively through online auctions and estate sales. Clients save time and money, can feel good knowing their belongings are going to a good home and get some cash in the process.

However, we often get inquiries from those that have a small volume of items that they want to sell. You can post such items yourself on our Virtual Consignment Store Facebook Group in your area. This is a free self-serve community service we provide that leverages the power of Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Groups.

Or, if you need to free up the space in your home quickly, we can connect you with our independent Consignment Network. Just send us pictures and your location and we'll distribute it to the network to see if they have space and can accommodate.

Sometimes, a home is extremely cluttered with junk. In this case, we have to get organized and clear out the layer(s) of true junk before we have access and space to deal with the sellable items. In such a case, we may bring in a bin or a truck and remove all the unsellable items so that we can maximize the price of the sellable items. Usually this service goes hand in hand, where necessary, with our selling services.
