If you are the winning bidder, bring your own packing materials, boxes, tools to dismantle and adequate help to transport items so you can take it away during the pickup period. Alternatively, hire someone equipped to do this. There is only access to the premises for pickup for a limited time. Failure to pickup items during this window will mean forfeiting items without a refund
Online / Post-Sale Auction Purchase Policy - All purchases are AS-IS. The full price for any item found to be damaged, not working or with missing parts at the time of pickup and not identified on the listing will be fully refunded. Otherwise there are NO REFUNDS.
PLEASE TEST ALL ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES AND NOTIFY THE TRANSITION SQUAD PROJECT MANAGER ON-SITE IMMEDIATELY. REFUND REQUESTS AFTER ITEMS ARE REMOVED CANNOT BE ISSUED.
